Disclaimer: Please note that I am not licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, and as such, I cannot provide legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. If you have unanswered questions about notarization or digitally notarized documents, I recommend consulting with your own attorneys, advisors, or document recipients.
Furthermore, as a notary, I am unable to select the type of notarization or certificate wording for your document; this decision must be made by the client. Additionally, I cannot prepare documents or offer guidance on how to complete them.
Please remember to bring your government-issued ID to your appointment.Â
It's important to note that notaries witness signatures, so if you've already signed the document, it cannot be notarized. You must wait and sign it in front of the notary during your appointment.
While I can notarize simple documents, please be aware that I am unable to provide witnesses. If your document requires a witness, you must arrange for one yourself, as I do not have the resources to provide witnesses. Thank you for your understanding.
